Welcome to Biblemode.com, a Christian online magazine dedicated to providing Christian entertainment content. The following terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Biblemode.com and any associated services or content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:
a. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation. b. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise. c. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter” “spam” or any other similar solicitation. d. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Biblemode.com, a Biblemode.com employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing). e. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by Biblemode.com, may harm Biblemode.com or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
Intellectual Property. The content on the Services, including without limitation, text, graphics, images, music, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by Biblemode.com and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Services.
User Content. You may submit content to Biblemode.com, including comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other information (collectively, “User Content”). By submitting User Content to Biblemode.com, you grant Biblemode.com a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and Biblemode.com’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
User Conduct. You are solely responsible for any User Content that you submit to the Services. You agree not to post, upload, or otherwise transmit to or through the Services any User Content that:

Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate. b. Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party. c. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. d. Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as “spam”), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling. e. Impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Biblemode.com.
Termination. Biblemode.com may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms or your Biblemode.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Biblemode.com does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Services, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information, content, service, or merchandise provided through the Services.
Limitation of Liability. In no event will Biblemode.com, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biblemode.com, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any User Content you submit, any use of the Services’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
Governing Law and Venue. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Miscellaneous. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Biblemode.com regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Biblemode.com’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Biblemode.com may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any rights to use the Services. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship, and you may not make any representations or bind Biblemode.com in any manner.
